DAY 01

ARRIVAL IN YEREVAN

Arrival in Yerevan. Transfer to hotel. Accommodation. Check-in.

Overnight in Yerevan.

DAY 02

YEREVAN CITY TOUR

Breakfast in hotel. tour:

“Mother Armenia” (panoramic view of Yerevan), Matenadaran Museum. Cascade complex and open-air museum of contemporary art. Free time at Cascade for leisure and lunch. Street tour including Republic Square, Yerevan State University, Victory Bridge, Tsitsernakaberd (1915 Genocide Memorial), Sports & Concerts complex, Kiev Bridge, Parliament, Palace of President, Academy of Sciences, Opera house. Evening free for city stroll. Overnight in Yerevan.

DAY 03

YEREVAN – ECHMIADZIN – ZVATNOTS – GEGHARD – GARNI – YEREVAN

Breakfast in hotel. Drive to St. Echmiadzin (Holy See).

Cathedral of St. Echmiadzin (UNESCO World Heritage). Holy Mass (on Sundays only).

Return to Yerevan. Enroute – Zvartnots temple (UNESCO World Heritage):

Tour to Geghard Monastery (UNESCO World Heritage):

Proceed to Garni Pagan Temple. Authentic lunch with national bread lavash baking.

Return to Yerevan. Evening free. Overnight in Yerevan.

DAY 03 - YEREVAN – ECHMIADZIN – ZVATNOTS – GEGHARD – GARNI – YEREVAN

YEREVAN – LAKE SEVAN – HAGHARTSIN – DILIJAN

Breakfast at hotel. Check-out. Drive to Lake Sevan and Dilijan resort city which is a famous spa rich in curative mineral springs some of which are comparable to those at Vichy in France and Davos in Switzerland. Hotel accommodation. Evening free. Dinner and overnight in Dilijan.

DAY 05

DILIJAN – HAGHPAT – TBILISI

Breakfast at hotel. Check-out. Drive to North to see Monastery Complex of Haghpat (UNESCO World Heritage) and Debed river canyon.

Lunch in Armenia with amazing view to gorge. Proceed to Georgia.

Hotel accommodation in Tbilisi. Evening free. Dinner and overnight in Tbilisi.

DAY 06

TBILISI CITY-TOUR – MTSKHETA - TBILISI

After breakfast – Tbilisi City tour:

Metekhi church; Abanot-ubani (natural sulphur springs, bath –houses built in XVI-XVII cc); Narikala church. After lunch – Mtskheta: ancient capital of Georgia. Lunch in a restaurant.

Return to Tbilisi and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 07

TBILISI – KAKHETI REGION – TBILISI

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day trip to Kakheti region.

Kakheti is synonymous with wine. There are hundreds of different grapes grown here, and every village has its own particular variety. Visit to Tsinandali-village that is a source of famous white wine. Tour to wine factory with wine tasting and tour inside the factory. Proceed to Telavi.

Authentic lunch during tour. Return Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.

DAY 07 – TBILISI – KAKHETI REGION – TBILISI

TBILISI – KAZBEGI TOWN – TBILISI

Breakfast in hotel. Full day trip to Kazbegi town located 157 Km far from Tbilisi (1740 M above sea level) on the south slops of Caucasus main range. Drive along the Georgian military highway. This ancient route through the Caucasus has been much celebrated by everyone from poets to guidebook writers for the romantic image of it.

Lunch during tour. Return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.

DAY 09

TBILISI – BOLNISI – DMANISI - TBILISI

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for Bolnisi Sioni and Dmanisi.

In the Middle Ages the Ancient city of Dmanisi was one of the min towns on the caravan road from Georgia and Armenia to the Middle East. The basilica dates from the VII c. however, and it was the seat of a bishop.

Return to Tbilisi. Evening free for leisure and overnight in Tbilisi.
